1) Processing and Timeframes
Orders are processed within 1 business day.
Delivery within Bulgaria is usually within 1 business day after dispatch.
For the city of Sofia:
Orders placed by 12:00 PM on a business day can be delivered on the same day, when possible.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM are delivered on the next business day.
Delays may occur during peak periods, holidays, and when couriers are busy.
2) Delivery Method
You can choose delivery:

to an address
The option is selected when finalizing the order.
3) Delivery Price
The price is calculated automatically when finalizing the order based on the chosen courier, location, office or address, and the weight of the products.
Before confirming the order, you will see the exact delivery price.
4) Tracking the Shipment
After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number and information about the shipment's movement.
