Natural jujube Liqueur

The natural jujube liqueur is entirely created in Bulgaria—from the first to the last stage—with fruits grown in our country. The drink ages for a long time in selected Bulgarian oak barrels, with the entire process of creating a batch taking almost two years. We maintain a philosophy of slow and controlled production to achieve high and consistent quality. Only the most aromatic and ripe jujube fruits, which we produce ourselves, are used for the liqueur.

Each bottle is the result of manual labor—from the selection of the fruits to the final sealing and placement of the three labels. On the neck label, you will find information about the specific batch and the individual number of each bottle. We strive for limited, boutique production, based on home-grown fruits and constant care at every stage, which naturally limits the quantities to a maximum of 1000 bottles per batch.
