The Irishman The Harvest is a premium Irish Whiskey combining 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still whiskey. Both styles are triple distilled and matured in American Oak Bourbon casks. Created by Walsh Whiskey, the blend is made entirely from Irish barley and was formerly known as Founder’s Reserve. It is bottled at 40% ABV.

Aroma

Fresh and fragrant, with zesty spice, black pepper and juicy peach. Subtle fruity and cereal notes gradually develop.

Taste

Smooth and expressive, with distinctive Single Pot Still spice followed by dark chocolate and pleasant Bourbon oak notes.

Finish

Smooth and lingering, with oak character and delicate notes of butterscotch and caramel remaining on the palate.
