TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Afterparty.bg! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the site. By accessing the site and/or placing an order, you confirm that you are aware of and accept these terms.
1) Age Restriction
By using the site and/or ordering alcoholic products, you declare that you are over 18 years old (or the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol according to applicable law). Upon delivery, age verification may be requested, and if age cannot be verified, delivery may be refused.
2) Products and Information
Afterparty.bg offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, cigars, and cigarillos. Descriptions and images are for informational purposes. Differences in packaging/labeling may occur between batches, while maintaining the main characteristics of the product.
3) Orders
An order is considered accepted after its successful completion on the site and/or confirmation from us if necessary. We reserve the right to refuse order fulfillment in case of a technical error, lack of availability, suspicion of abuse, or other objective reasons, while notifying the customer.
4) Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered in Bulgaria via Econt and Speedy.
The customer can choose delivery:

to an address, or
-
to an office of Econt/Speedy.
The delivery time is usually up to 1 business day after dispatch, but delays are possible during peak periods, holidays, and courier overload.
The delivery cost is automatically calculated upon order completion based on the chosen method, location, and weight, and is visible before order confirmation.
5) Shipment Insurance, Inspection upon Delivery, and Damages
All shipments are sent with insurance.
The customer has the right to perform an Inspection in front of the courier when the service is available for the chosen courier and delivery method. Damaged packaging, broken bottles, spilled products, shortages, or visible discrepancies should be identified at the time of receipt, during the Inspection, with the customer refusing receipt and a protocol with the courier being drawn up when applicable.
If you notice a problem after receipt, please contact us as soon as possible, providing the order number and photos/description of the case.
6) Returns and Order Cancellation
6.1) Alcoholic Beverages
Alcoholic beverages are not subject to return after receipt by the customer.
Return/cancellation for alcohol is possible only at the time of delivery, during Inspection in front of the courier, through refusal of receipt (with a protocol when applicable).
6.2) Other Products (non-alcoholic, snacks, cigars/cigarillos)
For products that are not alcoholic beverages, returns are accepted only if they are:

in original packaging,
-
in commercial condition,
-
unopened / unused, when applicable.
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a wrongly sent product or discrepancy/defect, for which we are responsible.
6.3) Wrongly Sent Product / Defect
In case of proven discrepancy, defect, or wrongly sent product, Afterparty.bg assists in resolving the case (replacement, compensation, or another suitable option), after contacting the customer and verification.
7) Liability
Afterparty.bg is not liable for damages caused by improper use or improper storage of the products. Please follow the label instructions and recommendations for use and storage.
8) Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the site.
